Service Description

Offering expert second opinion examination—especially for those with chronic back or neck pain, or diagnosed disc herniations—providing clarity, confidence, and a fresh perspective on your recovery. This service is intended to offer additional insight and guidance, without completely replacing your current physiotherapist or treatment plan.


Cancellation Policy

Details Physiotherapy treatment sessions of 30 minutes each. Massage treatments 60 minutes each. Packages 5x or 10x are available for both physiotherapy and massage. Sessions take place at one of our clinic or at the patients home/agreed location. Treatments are tailored to the individual and may include (but are not limited to) manual therapy, exercise therapy, mobility work, and education. Validity The purchase/packages are valid for 6-12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date will expire automatically and cannot be extended or refunded. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged in full (100%). Refund Policy The packages are non-refundable, either partially or fully. Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Sharing the Package The package is non-transferable and intended for use by one patient only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreement to Treatment (Informed Consent) By purchasing and using this service, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the following: Nature of Physiotherapy Treatment Physiotherapy may involve hands-on techniques, movement exercises, stretching, and loading of tissues. Treatments are always adapted to the patient’s condition, goals, and tolerance. Possible Reactions to Treatment The patient understands that temporary soreness, stiffness, fatigue, or light bruising may occur after treatment. These reactions are usually mild and short-lived and are considered a normal response to certain physiotherapy techniques. Any unusual or prolonged symptoms should be reported to the physiotherapist. Patient Autonomy & Choice The patient always has the right to decide: Which treatments they are comfortable with Which techniques they do not want To stop or modify a treatment at any time Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any point during a session. Communication & Safety The patient agrees to communicate openly about pain, discomfort, concerns, or changes in symptoms. The physiotherapist will explain treatment options and respect the patient’s boundaries at all times.
